Newbie from Glendora!
Hello everyone! I have been a long time lurker here on BP and an avid listener of the podcast. I am married with no kids, so I think it’s better to take advantage now, before we start having kids. My long term goal is to have a plentitude of buy and hold properties, but to build up capital, I want to begin wholesaling. I own part of a family business and I also drive for Uber. While driving around, I feel like I have a special advantage, because I am essentially driving for dollars. I want to know, how do I go about getting started? I think I want to start out with a mailing campaign, but once I have the opportunity, how do I go about finding a buyer? Is it recommended that I find a buyer first or a deal first or simultaneously? Please some guidance. I want to get out of this hole my family is in and I want to begin “LIVING” life. Any help is appreciated.
