Wanting to learn Co-Wholesaling

Hello BiggerPockets members.  I want to secure some information on co-wholesaling.  I am looking to get started wholesaling and build some capital to do some fix-n-flips in the next couple of months in Georgia.  I have not attended any meeting in the local area yet.  My family is preparing for the relocation and me working out of state makes it that much harder.  Investors please let me know the pros and cons of co-wholesaling.  I look forward to hearing your feedback and even doing some deals in the near future.
