Wholesaling commercial property
Hi,
I have a commercial property that I am looking to purchase for 115k and an interested buyer coming in at 250k. My concern is if my buyer backs out of the deal then I need to float the building until I find another buyer. The building only makes a 1% noi. Any suggestions on how to proceed?
