Getting started in real estate investing

Hello, 

My name is Salina. I'm just getting started in real estate investing and I was directed to BP as a guide. I have done my research but I still feel like there's a lot I need to know. I've found many homes that would be great fixer uppers but I'm still having problems finding lenders and which option would be best for me as far as the loan. I'm determined to get over these hurtles and get started so any advice and guidance would be much appreciated.
