Need help on my first deal

Hello! I’ve been researching wholesaling for a couple months ago and I’ve finally decided to take some action. I have a good solid lead in Greenville Texas. I feel extremely over my head and if someone in this area would be willing to help me go through this deal we could split the profits. I I learn best through experience and hands on. I know the basics but I am still a newbie.
