Hello Bigger Pockets family... While i was door knocking in my city

i noticed a vacant home there. I went to the county assessor office and got a name, but i'm unable to locate the owner. My question is... does anybody have any online sources that are efficent in locating owners info ?

Your feed back would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Cory, There are many ways to find information about owners. I tend to focus on the free resources, namely quanki.com, familytreenow.com, and thatsthem.com. I have tried paying for a skip trace and found the results have not differed more than these especially for the cost.
