Finding a wholesale deal

Hi guys I am hoping to get some help on how to find a house to wholesale. I did a lot of reading and video watching the last 2 weeks when I found out what wholesaling is after watching Grant Cordone. I have to market and I believe I can get the phone to ring but what do I do about a lawyer, how do I find someone I can trust. A title company same question?
