How to exclude properties on the MLS/for sale ListSource?

How do I exclude properties currently on the MLS/for sale ListSource? I don't want to waste time/money mailing property owners who are already selling, so how do I set my criteria in ListSource to exclude them?

@Brian Garrett In Florida, Listsource is likely your best bet. You could also look at AgentPro247, though it doesn't offer listing suppression either. Other options available here in CA.
