Investor near Menifee, California

Looking for some local Investors located within a 10 mile radius of Menifee, California.  Would like to start a meet up between us so we can share ideas and learn from each other.  I feel that building a real estate team with all levels of experience would be beneficial to not only the new investor but to the seasoned one as well.  If anyone is interested in getting together on a weekly or monthly basis let me know.  My main focus is on wholesaling but am open to other creative ways to invest.
