How to fill out a TREC Purchase Agreement

Hi, I'm new to wholesaling, I finally decided that I should use the TREC 1-4 contract rather then a one page contract, BUT I'm not sure how to properly fill it out. That being said, can anyone send me a sample of a filled out TREC contract including any addendums  you used. Thanks in advance for all of the help.
