OK so i found a distressed property that looks like it could be a great deal. I did the research but I cant find the owners phone number and I am not subscribed to the expensive websites that provide you with numbers. I do have a PO box and was thinking of mailing him a letter but what i need help with is what do i put in the letter? I am very new at this so i apologize in advance I am working on my first deal.
