New to investing and focusing on wholesaling! Lee Investing LLC

I would like to meet other wholesaling investors in South Florida and hopefully find a partner for a much larger business in mind. 

In the mean time;

I've learned quite a bit on wholesaling the past few days but cannot get past contracts... How to stay safe, legal and protect myself.

Should I have a real estate attorney create an assignment form that I can make offers with?

Also, what are the different options to close a deal with? A to B to C/Assignment/Double Close etc..
