Recommendation for Wholesalers in the Frederick county, MD

Hi BP Friends in Maryland area I am looking for some recommendation for some quality wholesalers in the Frederick county area.  Also, what is their standard fees/markup usually?

If you are a wholesaler with a good track record, feel free to contact me.  Not looking for lenders.  I have been purchasing properties at foreclosure auctions but haven't purchased off the market property using a wholesaler.
