Wholesale Purchase Agreement & Title Company

I just landed my first Wholesale deal yesterday and I know I need to lock up the deal with my seller. I've been so focused on landing my first deal I do not have a purchase agreement. I've looked at the purchase and sale contracts in the Fileplace, but I am unsure if they will be allowed here in Virginia. Any other VA wholesalers who could assist with a purchase agreement? Also, are there any Title companies that the BP community could recommend in the Northern Virginia area? My end goal is to assign the property to a buyer.

Thanks.

I admire you will to jump right in and get deals! I would definitely spend a little more time getting in touch with a Title Company, and getting a Purchase Agreement first! Them are two extremely important parts of Wholesaling. If you want the deal to run as smooth as possible, get them two things ASAP.

I'm going to go off on a limb and assume you don't have a buyer yet either? If not, then you have got some work to do my friend. Do some research on local Title Companies with Google. It shouldn't be too hard to find one. The only problem you should have is you might have to explain what you are doing, and how Wholesaling works because from time to time that becomes a hassle.

I have heard many people use Free Contract Download for their Purchase Agreement, and I am probably going to start using it myself. It's a 1 page contract, with as few of words as possible, and serves the purpose. If you need help filling it out you can watch How To Video

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask or message me here! Good luck, and keep us updated on how this deal goes. :)
