Bigger pockets im in deep! need advice ... I have a property under contract at 115k and i have a couple of buyers that want to owner finance it from me at 135k and my sellers have no problem with owner financing but i have no experiance with that at all and im trying to figure out how it all works and how i would be getting my share in the deal ? please help
