Hi, My name is Ben kelsey and my wife's name is erica we are just starting out in this new venture. We both work very long hours and we are looking to cut down on that and hopefully this will help us accomplish that. We live in maine about  15 minutes from Augusta and 25 minutes from lewiston/Auburn and  25 minutes from the Topsham/brunswick Area.  We have done a lot of research,reading,watching, seminars, and are now ready to start the process. We are looking for investors to fund our potential projects. We will be looking for both as far as wholesaling and buy repair and flip. And of course down the road investing ourselves in rental properties. Please let me know if this interests anyone.
