Greetings!

Is there anybody in the Columbus, GA area that would be willing to speak with me and teach me about wholesaling?  I know the basics but am looking for specifics, like what to say to motivated sellers, paperwork required, how to locate buyers etc.  

I am willing and able to do ALL the legwork (definitely not looking for someone to do it for me).  Just don't feel confident enough to get off the fence.
