I am wanting to start a integrity based Wholesaling business in Las Vegas.  I'm a mother looking to make my mark in real estate as an entrepreneur.   I won't be able to do a lot of footwork in the beginning so what are the best ways to get started without having to "pound the pavement? " Where can I find absentee owners?
