Hey guys,

Wholesalers I wanted to know what are you feelings on doing open houses for wholesailers only ? Basically what I was thinking about doing was holding an open house for wholesellers. You don't bring any buyers. You just come out to the property. Take pictures, look around, & consider if you would be interested in marketing the property. I don't know if it's a good idea because of liability issues, but I have consent from the homeowner to do as I please to get the house sold. Would anyone possibly be interested in a wholeseller only open house ?
