First motivated seller meeting!!

Ok so I have my first meeting with a motivated lead tomorrow from a handwritten letter I wrote......now what? If we agree on a price, do I just give them a generic new york state real estate contract? Aren't they going to want their lawyer to review it before they sign? Or do I we both sign a generic offer sheet and then move on to lawyers/title company? I have many other questions but maybe this can get some conversation going. Thank you BP community in advance
