Hi,

I invest in FL, but am visiting relatives in PA and came across a SFR that is a potential fix and flip. I don't know anything about wholesaling in PA, but wanted to reach out to local BPers in Westmoreland County to see if there are any nuances in wholesaling a property if I happen to get it under contract.
