First time mobile renter problem with landowner??
Hi, I purchased a trailer a couple months ago and decided to put it up for rent. I found a couple to rent the place too, and is currently renting the place.. but have a big problem. The person whom I pay lot rent to contacted me and told me I cannot be renting out my mobile home. That I could be facing a $250 fine and taken to court. I told her I didn't know but she said that its stated in the contract... Is there anything I can do? I don't want to tell the people currently living there they have to move out.. What can I do?
