I am currently living out of state, but I will be in Atlanta from Sept 7-12. I would like to sit down with an experienced wholesaler over lunch or dinner to pick your brain. I'm not trying to sell you anything, I don't need your money, all I need is just an hour or two of your time to talk real estate. Restaurant of your choice.
