Hi Everyone! I'd like to introduce myself here.

My name's Josh and I'm just starting to get into real estate investing. My main focus right now is wholesaling. I'm in the Inland empire area and & was wondering if anyone can suggest any great REIA's in my area? I would also love and appreciate some tips on wholesaling this market right now. Wanted to start driving for dollars around the san bernardino area for starters. Look forward to hearing from everyone! thanks!
