Questions for Sellers/Questions for Flippers
Hello BP,
I am new to REI and I am looking to start in wholesaling. I am currently building a network of investors/flippers and other REI gurus.
1) Can someone with wholesaling experience please list 3-5 or even more questions that you use to discover your investors/flippers criteria so that you only bring them deals you know they will be interested in? In addition, please share if you're a flipper and use defined parameters with your local wholesalers as well.
2) Can you also provide 3-5 questions/tactics you ask the seller (during initial phone calls or while knocking on doors) to find the status of their situation but also advance them toward a sale with you at the same time?
