Using Wholesaling Contracts as a Realtor

I'm a Realtor currently in the Chicagoland area looking to start wholesaling.  As a Realtor are we using the general contracts for wholesaling (found a few here) or our normal residential contracts?  Also how does this work with our brokers, because of course they are normally paid from our deals.  I just want to make sure there are no issues with my broker or contract issues when I find a deal.
