Wholesaling help Atlanta GA

hello my name is Britney, I've been in Atlanta for a year and a half. I decided to get into wholesaling when I first moved here. After 9 months of researching, meet ups, reading useless books I decided to give it up. It has been hard for me to find people that are not trying to scam you out of money to show you the way on how to wholesale, with that being said I'm looking for a group and/or someone who is willing to mentor me on how to wholesale * Serious inquires only*

@Britney Reid I agree with @Stan Sugarman. Not to mention expensive (marketing). I would put my investment in getting a RE License. You don't have to become an agent. The education will expose you to different RE career tracts. I am a licensed broker/investor/PM. I look for leads the same way wholesalers do. I'm waiting right now for information on our next networking meetup. I will pass it along when I get it. Feel free to reach out to me if you would like to know more about wholesaling, RE License, or REI.
