HI everyone my name is Gary Ghuman and i just recently discovered BIggerPockets i have seen alot of success stories along with informative posts from wholesalers, rehabbers, and investors i am starting my wholesaling campaign in Southern California specifically in the orange county/LA area i am based in Anaheim. I am looking for any marketing tips to find deals to get myself started i have seen a lot of people buy bandit signs, yellow letters, flyers, business cards etc and wish they had learned more information here first before starting their marketing and don't want to make the same mistake any advice would help thank you ! My goal is to eventually quit my job and do this full time along with rental properties and rehabbing homes
