so far i've gotten a few deals closed by bring buyers to other wholesalers deals, have gotten beat out of a deal by one wholesaler by giving him my buyer info and everything getting so excited about to close a deal and make some cash.....anyways i've come across quite a few houses in fairly decent neighborhoods but they do have houses they are vacant,i'm in the process of looking up who the homeowners are of several homes that i have found roughtly about 15 to 18 homes,i would like to know how much do i offer on a particular house...also would i just hand write a letter to these homeowners or simply leave a letter on the vacant house??
