findcompsnow.com - have you used to find cash buyers?

Hi Everyone!

I am a newbie from Northern california! I am in the process of finding cash buyers. I came across this website findcompsnow. When I checked it out the sales listed doesnt match up with what I see in zillow / redfin. Have any of you used this website recently and can vouch for its accuracy? 

Since it lists cash sales, I was planning to call the people / companies listed there to ask if they are still in the market. What do you think of the idea?
