Looking for cost and scope of effective marketing for wholesaling

New investor here, hoping to get started with wholesaling. I'm going to start marketing soon with a combination of bandit signs and direct mail pieces. I have two questions:

1) How many bandit signs should I place and how many direct mail pieces should I send out? I assume I'm looking for at least ten seller leads, maybe more. What is the number of leads I want and how many of each marketing strategy should I employ?

2) How much should I expect to spend on the right number of bandit signs and direct mail pieces? Are we talking in the $250 range or closer to $1000?

Thanks in advance!
