Wholesaling and reverse mortgages

Hey everyone. I have a motivated seller lead that I'm working right now that involves a reverse mortgage. According to the seller there is still about 280K owed on it. I'm a new wholesaler and I'm not sure what my due diligence should look like or what I should watch out for when it comes to reverse mortgages. Any insight is appreciated!
