wholesaling legality question
im new to real estate I need to know how do you put a property under contract legally? does the contract need to be notarized before or after or at all?

@Darian Nayton contracts do not need to be notarized. To be notarized the Notary Public needs to see the signature being written. You cannot notarize something before or after signing.
FL is the one state where wholesaling via assigning contracts can be illegal. Based on your question I think you have some more research to do,
