After Pulling Probate..
Hello,
I am an investor in SWFL, I am just getting stated with wholesaling and have gotten a few deals, I used to target pre-foreclosures however I'm transitioning into probate leads. The county I'm in does not have them online, so yesterday I went down to the courthouse and bought 155 pages of leads from the last year, however I do not know what to do now. I have software I can use to skip-trace potential relatives, but I was just wondering if there was a more efficient method to find contact relatives to try to get some deals? I appreciate you taking the time to reply.
