Motivated Seller Contract vs. Assignment Contract
I am a new investor who hasn't gotten a property under contract just yet. One of my biggest hang-ups from getting started is the contracts. I need help understanding some things.
1). Do I use two separate pieces of paper, one with the seller and another with the cash buyer?
2). Is the content within the contracts different between the seller and the cash buyer?
3). Are there any good standard contracts for a newbie wholesaler to use?
I know that I have more questions about this, but these are pretty unclear for me.
Thanks in advance!
