Need help with value on Land

Hello everyone,

A friend of mine has a grandfather that is selling a piece of land in Baltimore County. There used to be a house there but now it's just the lot. He gave me a price for the lot but I don't know if it's a deal or not. I just don't have the numbers to move forward. Could somebody point me in the right direction please.
