Tracking down Absentee Homeowners!!!!!
I have been doing a lot of riding during the past 2-3 weeks looking at homes to possibly invest in or wholesale. I have found about 20 distressed or abandon looking homes around the city. I have looked at city records and found some of the owners with different mailing addresses. I have a few questions below.
Besides mailing letters to the Homeowners,
1.How can I find phone numbers to call these owners?
2.Can I actually go to the "Mailing Address" to try to speak with them in person or is this illegal? 3.What methods should I be using to contact the absentee owners?
I believe that I have found potential GREAT deals but I need to make the contact with the homeowners!! Any feed back will be great!!
