Closing Attorney?! Fayetteville, NC

Account Closed
Posted

Hello Everyone!

I'm looking for recommendations on investor friendly attorneys in the Fayetteville, NC area. Can anyone help me on this?

Attorneys that will welcome Double Closings/Assignments/Wraps and such....

I've called a few and they all seem so uptight...I get that looooonnnggg pause on the phone as if I had just told them I was selling Girl Scout onions. 😶

I will be attending my local REIA meeting later this week...sure I'll get some referrals then. Until then, all info is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi Janay Schlegler Sounds like you are wholesaling and looking for a closing attorney. My advice would be to let the buyer work through his/her closing attorney//title company and then use that relationship as a way of closing deals. A lot of the title companies and attorneys will act like they don't know what you're trying to do when you are wholesaling a deal and whomever you are talking to currently sounds like no exception. Hope this helps.
