I have worked for an investor in the past, but I am ready to do this on my own.

What do I need to get started wholesaling and then eventually flipping.

I have sample contracts and assignment agreements.. and I am just ready to get started on my first deal.. I know I will probalby make a lot of mistakes, but hey you have to in order to learn and grow, but I am ready..

So my question is what do I REALLY need to get started.

I have started my marketing and looking for buyers.

But on the Legal side of it, Do I need to meet with an attorney, Do I need to file for a business entity, or should I just do my first deal sole proprietor, and how does that effect my taxes if I do a few deals that way and then move to LLC later?

Thanks in advance.

find a deal. Don't worry about LLCs or attorneys or any of that. Focus on finding a deal that makes sense. Don't let worrying about the other stuff distract you.
