Wholesaling Marketing off Tax Delinquent Property List

Hello all,

I'm a recent FL transplant and one of my lists I send DM to is the tax delinquent list. I'm looking to sort the list so it only contains SFR/ multi unit homes. Can anyone advise me in this process?

Thank you and have a great day :)

@Alex Jandick

Can you elaborate on the list? What is it and how did you obtain it?
I am curious though--do you intend to close and then resell. It is ILLEGAL in FL to use contracts to broker real estate. See 475. There are quite a few people that have gotten cease and desist letters from the state for using contracts to broker. It is a 3rd degree felony. Generally they won't do more than a cease and desist the first time, but continue and it is highly likely to get charged. I know one man that very well may be charged soon if the legal department reviews all the submitted information and determines he is brokering. It is playing out now in the DBPR.
