Figuring out comps....what to use?

Trying this one more time.........the last post on this subject did not get me any results.

What are investors using out there to run comps? I know that some rely on sites like redfin, realty.com, etc., but are there any paid sites that offer better info to run comps, similar/and as accurate to having access to MLS? Looking for feedback on this subject from individuals with experience in using these paid sites. I know someone suggested having an agent run the comps for me, but to me that takes too much time, especially if the agent is busy with other things and I'm really helping them if I'm not listing any properties with them.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!
