Question for you wholesalers
Hello, I am new to BP and I am extremely knew to REI. I just wanted to pick the brains of the wholesalers out there.
Okay so, I finally have a grasp of what actual wholesalers do. Now, my question is.
If I spotted a house that's on the market, but I knew it costs wayy more than it actually is worth. & since I know you wholesalers are very savvy with bargaining. Could I appoint a wholesaler to view this home and do they're magic to get it for a price & sell the home to me for a decent one?
Just a question that's been on my mind. I'm not sure if wholesalers operate like that. Just asking. Thanks!
