I've seen a few posts on this, but they were older and some of the links that were suggested go nowhere. My questions are, does anyone know where to get a good Ma wholesale/assigner contract and does anyone know of a Worcester area real estate attorney who could facilitate executing those contracts? Thanks in advance.
