I am a new wholesaler in the Utah County/Salt Lake County area.  I've been working at it for a couple of weeks and could use some pointers to finding cash buyers.  What are the most effective ways that you know of to find cash buyers?

The best way to find cash buyers is to have a great deal. Present it at your local REIA and you will have cash buyers lining up to buy it.
