New to real estate wholesale

Hello everybody. I would love to succeed in wholesaling. I found 30 properties this weekend. All vacant properties. Hoping for the best. I've watched YouTube and read lots of books and post on BP. If I was to do a double close would I need funding? Any tips on anything I would love! Don't have money for a mentor but have been studying for 2 months day and night.
