My name is Luke and I am new to Bigger Pockets. I joined to expand my network and to help my new career as a real estate wholesaler based in New York, NY. I was born and raised in the city and I am very excited to be a wholesaler. I just ordered my business cards and will have my website up and running soon.

I have questions for buyers:

What areas of NYC do they usually buy houses in?

What kind of properties are they?

For construction type, is wood ok?

What is the price range?

How much profit do they need in each deal?

How much repairs are okay?

Thank you.
