Wholesaler in Virginia in need of some guidance finding buyers

Greetings BP,

I'm new to this forum I'm new at wholesaling in the Virginia area and was wondering if you guys know a site where you could find cash buyers in VA and motivated sellers as well as a software to analyze a deal to make sure it's good or not. I'm no slouch I'll do the leg work just need some advice and guidance.
