Newbie seeking feedback and advice

Hello to all. I am looking for advice/direction on what paperwork, forms, documents would I need to get/have from the seller and for the buyer in a wholesale deal to complete the deal successfully? Purchase and Sale Agreements? Assignment Agreement? What would I have to have to be able to complete a deal successfully? Thank you very much in advanced for the help and the knowledge.
