Ideas for Selling a wholesale property in a week

I have two properties that I got under contract on new years eve. As of tommorow I have one week before my inspection period is up and I need to find a cash buyer. I have placed ads on craigslist, emailed a flyer to all my buyers and called everyone I can think of.

I made bandit signs that I am going to be putting up in each neighborhood in the morning. So does anyone have any other ideas? I need to get them sold before the inspection period is up or I will need to find some hard money lenders that I can use to purchase them. I appreciate any input.
