Besides getting a title report from a title company, or paying for Realquest when I don't need all of the ancillary services, does anyone know of another service that allows me to simply research mortgages and debt on a property.   All the tax record resources show what the first mortgage is on the property but often do not show 2nd's, 3rd's or any other liens.
